The secret of feelings
Harry and Emily were in love. They were a beautiful couple. Their friends could not discover the secret of their relations. Harry and Emily had always had much tenderness for each other. They had lived together many happy years. Their friends had experienced many different changes during that period of time. But Harry and Emily lived inside the spiritual world of their happy life. Harry cared about Emily. Emily thought only about Harry. She was feeling much gladness with every flower which Harry brought to her. He liked to see that gladness in her beautiful blue eyes. They often shared thoughts with each other. Maybe they were not so serious important thoughts for other people but Harry and Emily liked to talk with each other. They were together in the evening. They opened the windows to the bright sunshine in the morning.
Many friends were very curious about the secret of their love. Their friends wanted to receive its secret too.
"May be we could be a happy with this secret?" they thought from time to time.
Emily kept silence. She never told anybody about the relations with her husband.
But Harry wished to help their friends to become happier. Therefore he invited these friends in an open-air cafe and told them about Emily. The friends had many different questions. They could not understand what Harry valued in such ordinary woman as Emily was in their opinion.
"Emily has not much beauty. She is not a very clever woman because she graduated only from school. We know that she could not pass the examinations for the Institute. She likes flowers but it is common for many women," they told Harry.
Harry laughed, "She is so beautiful at the moment I am offering flowers to her. She is like a little sun for me at that moment. Do you know that Emily prepares a funny surprise for me every day?"
"Now I will describe those wonderful surprises," he continued.
Also Harry retold stories that Emily had entrusted to him. There were stories about her childhood and school years. There were stories about her dreams and hopes. He wanted his friends to understand that Emily was a rare wonderful woman.
"Yes. You are right. She is really a very interesting woman," his friends told to him at last, "We must drink a good bottle of wine to your tender relations!"
Harry was proud that he was able to convince their friends.
Sometimes they asked Harry about Emily's feelings again. They admitted that Harry was helping them with his words. And Harry told his friends about love, Emily's feelings, his trust, their hopes and dreams. Harry was sure that he knew all about it.

It was an usual evening. Harry came back to the flat after a long hard day of work. He looked at Emily who was smiling to him by her usual tender smile.
"She is not a very beautiful woman . My friends were right," Harry thought in a temper. Emily was showing him the vase with flowers that she had placed on the table in the kitchen.
"I put very different flowers in one vase. I have such an interesting result! Please, Harry, have a look! It is like a painting," she burst out laughing.
"She is not a very clever woman. My friends were right," Harry thought.
Emily began to tell him about the little events that had happened in her life during that long day without him.
"Her stories are boring stories. She is really a stupid woman. My clever friends were right as always."

"You were right. My feeling to Emily was not true love. It was only an illusion. I understood that I should find a new woman for my life. I am more clever than Emily. I am more beautiful than she is. She is too ordinary woman," Harry complained to them when they were drinking coffee in the same open-air cafe.
His friends were glad to hear Harry's words . They did not want to admit to themselves that they were glad to hear it. But it was so.
Also they thought, "The secret of feelings… Funny. Our friend Harry is a very clever person. However, he did not open this secret either."
